Transformational Change Post as the priest-in-charge of Bestwood St Matthew with St Philip, Nottingham
(Time-limited interim)
We look to appoint a person with a passion for serving God in an estate setting who will:
- revitalise and grow St Philip’s as a centre of worship and mission
- partner in mission with foodbank, Eden team, and neighbouring clergy and lay leaders
- explore and develop new planting opportunities within and beyond St Philip’s
- possess an infectious love for Jesus, a mature faith, and well developed relational skills
- be great at drawing out potential from those in disadvantaged situations and those not yet linked with church

- have very supportive congregation and committed, prayerful colleagues to enjoy working alongside
- join a deanery that is forging ahead with new forms of estate ministry
- be part of a growing cohort of transformational change appointments to urban areas where mentoring and learning community participation will be provided
